Quick and Easy

The site was easy to navigate. Once I found my phone, I rated it and got a quote. In only a few clicks it was sold and the packing instructions printed. From there, it was a matter of finding a box and throwing it in the FedEX outbox. In about three days I had my money deposited in Pay Pal (or you can have them mail it to you.)It was done the way I like things done-consumer friendly! I will recommend them to everyone who asks about selling their old phone.

I Phone

I chose Stopoint because they offered the highest price for my I Phone 6. Very quick response. Easy shipping and two days later they emailed me that my check is on it's way. Highly recommend them.

ANNOYING

This company is a hassle. When I sent my phone in they told me it was not at all what i said it was, when i have the original box from when i bought it new. So they reduced my price and told me my screen was broken, I told them i left the screen protector on the phone so that it would not crack in the mail, so they took off more money. When i called them they hung up on me. I left multiple voicemail messages with them and emailed the contact email on their website. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR PHONE THEY ARE TERRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE. I was SCAMMED!!!!!
