Stay away

It took 3 weeks and several reminders to receive payment. Communication is nonexistent unless it is through Facebook.

Had an issue - it was handled well

I sent in my old Apple Watch. They received it and sent me an email stating that it had been tested, confirmed my quote was good, and that the funds were in a status that was basically pending release. A quick look at the website said that usually cleared within 24 hours and then the funds would be issued via PayPal. A week later, my item still showed the same status. I sent a message to customer service via their website and the funds were released within 24 hours. I wish there were a 4.5 star option since I did have an issue but they did resolve it quickly and satisfactorily so I'm fine with giving them 5. Would use again!

Did not write reimbursement check until I emailed them

Stopoint paid me for my phone. But they did not cut the check until I emailed them OVER A MONTH after I mailed my phone it.

Worth it.

Worth turning a phone in that's in good shape. Had a problem with first check that was bounced and sent back. When calling stoppoint, I received a refund for bank charge and was replaced with a new check that has been fine since deposited.

Fast and as Advertised!

Stopoint made it easy for me to ship them my old iPhone with the prepaid shipping label. I received updates the entire way and was paid quickly and in the amount promised. Would definitely use them again.

Never received payment. Stay away..

It's been over 2 months and I still did not receive my check. They did reach out to send me my check in 3 days but when I opened it. It was someone else's check. Now I have someone else's check and it's been a 2 weeks and still no reply. I wordered if they issued Ron a new check. Terrible company! I asked for my Apple watch back or my money and still received nothing.
