The WORST customer care service I’ve EVER EXPERIENCED it’s all run by AI & if you need to speak to a human you’ve no chance I need to return an item as it’s too big can’t print off their label as I’ve no printer don’t actually know where to send it back to without looking at the label then I’ll be charged £6 (deducted off my returns) because I’ll have generated the label I can’t print off to send my item back it’s absolutely DISGUSTING Can’t even get a friend to take it into the MU superstore because it was bought online I’ll NEVER buy online off this website again
Worse company ever I came across,my last order 1 item was missing I been trying to contact the company no phone number chatting to a robot very frustrating I would never order from this company again no one should order from here otherwise they will still your money or your product.😡
Utterly shocking. Issues with received items that require a £6 postage reduction per item if you use the returns service. The issue is with the items received not being as described so needs a free returns service. They do not respond to emails or online chats (Ai). They do not care about supporters that have made purchases in good faith. There is no contact number either. We as a club should be ashamed of this deceitful company running this platform. I will be seeking advise from trading standards.
The Man Utd store is the worst online experience I’ve ever experienced. Previous they partnered with fanatics and that was bad but the new supplier global-e is a shambles. I placed an order on the 31/12/25 which I still haves received and have heard nothing since 03/01/25 when the parcel was leaving the uk to arrive in Ireland. The tracking hasn’t been updated since. Firstly it should have been picked up on their system to investigate but it wasn’t. I searched their website and it was extremely difficult to find support and none of the support options said my order hasn’t progressed. I had to select another option. I then received an email from their support team claiming it wasn’t the email the order was placed on. This was completely incorrect my utd account is linked to the email and even the order confirmation went to the email that was apparently incorrect. Every effort is been made by the support team to avoid helping
Wrong clothing receivedOrdered for Xmas- a completed different item was dispatched & received. Really hard to get any support from their customer service so have to resort to here to try to get support.To M.U.Store, You have sent the wrong item - which has caused issues for Christmas but now that cannot be resolved. I would like my money but & to send you the football jersey you have sent instead of the PJs ordered. However you are asking me to pay for the P&P when the issues is your fault. Please advise next steps so it can be returned & I am returned my full monies.Please advise of next steps.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS after leaving a review a few days ago about my order placed with the official Manchester United online store and reading other reviews the best course of action is to request a Chargeback with your Bank/Credit Card. Also feel free to email the 1958.org who are protesting about the recent ticket price increases. I think if more emailed them about what’s happening to the Online store we may get something done using their platforms
