Very bad experience!I made an order in November and I still haven’t received any feedback for it(January), not even a confirmation e-mail.I have opened two tickets so far, asking for information as estimated time of delivery or if the order is processed at all.Both times recived the same generic email response, they’re working on it with no useful information.Very bad service! I hope I can cancel my order and get my money back, never ordering from here again!
Avoid at all costs this company are a disgrace sent the wrong item ruined my sons present, returned the adult shirt they sent instead of 5 year old kit and now it’s been 18 days since it was delivered back to them and I’ve had no refund, I’ve sent 4 emails and they haven’t replied to any luckily I paid on my credit card but the club should be doing something about this
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They steal your money. They send out returns labels that do not work. They keep money back and no explanation as to why. Basically fraudulent. They take weeks to help and then they don't even make any real effort to help. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. No one cares at this company. Honestly Man Utd, this is disgraceful and you should be ashamed and embarrassed.
