Please do not waste your time if you wish of any sort of service from the NEW Manchester United on line store, I am a long time member of the club and receive emails galore about their offers,my grandson asked for two players shirts on his Xmas list 10% off for members,available immediately 5 day turn around, what can go wrong, ordered,paid, money taken, then the wait, after 5 days I talk to a bot, they will get back to me nothing, I ring everyone I can think of before adding a complaint to Old Trafford, a reply, from them, so sorry,they will chase it, suddenly an email from the store,strangely timed +2 GMT ?, David Miller, we are on it apologies,we will get it on its way, we will send updates, 2 days later NOTHINGCustomer service is on the same level as the way the rest of the club is run!
Ordered 2 shirts for my 2 young boys with plenty of time before Xmas as a present. Paid the extra £7 for 3 day delivery thinking this would also help. The store didn't even process my order for 4 days before getting royal mail to deliver as the tracking showed this when it eventually came through. I emailed the store 2 over a couple of days and didn't even get 1 response. The parcel eventually turned up after a week and a half 2 days before Xmas to find a shirt missing from the box and no paperwork/invoice. I then emailed man u straight away with a photo of the box explaining all of the above (3rd email in total) to eventually get an email in the afternoon asking for a photo of the box BEFORE it was opened. Not sure if I'm missing the point but surely you have to open the box before finding out something is missing. As I write this I still haven't heard from them and the matter is still not resolved. There will be 2 very disappointed boys on Xmas day. Avoid the official store at all cost!Update 08/01/25Two more emails sent to the online store through there contacts page and no update. I'm still left in limbo not knowing what's going on and if I'll ever receive the missing shirt or a refund.
Placed an order for some apparel and other gear for a present for Christmas. 2 separate packages were received. The items in each package did not match what they listed as shipped in them. Was missing an expensive jersey and 2 pairs of pants. Provided them with pictures and proof along with signing their honor document. Now they won't respond. Had to file claim with credit card company. Avoid at all costs!!!
They sent out a mug wrapped in a plastic bag rather than in a box or some form of protection.Asked us to fill out a disclaimer form, wtf I didn't wrap fragile goods in a plastic bag,you did!!!Shocking customer service, United fans deserve better than this sos
Appaling customer care, sent the wrong size, sent pictures of the item as requested 2 emails later they apologised for not despatching the order xmas eve l get a refund form,tried sending 3 more emails and it keeps saying sending error,lf they can't run a shop properly not much hope for the team,😡
Absolutley awful, no communication, Order tracker is broken conveniently the week of christmas (i can see in reviews below everyones in the same boat with ordering presents well in advance that has not come and unable to track) Order placed on 6th December, now the 19th and i cant even track my order!? But i can almost guarantee i will not get this order before christmas.No way to communicate with the seller other than a crap AI chat bot or through an email with an automated reply. Top it off?? I got an email this morning to say "order now to get it before christmas!" empty promise.What a way to try grab money last minute before christmas. disgraceful. Now have to run around shops trying to find something for my boyfriend to replace what i bought him here, and hope that my gift shows up sometime next year. Avoid like the plague - never ordering from here again.
Truly one of the worst online experiences I have ever had.- ordered 2nd December- still nothing delivered (let that sink in -5 weeks!)- no proactive updates from the store that there were delays (16 days to ship a single jersey)- shipping partner took 5 days to collect/move the order.- that was all 2 weeks ago (allow for xmas of course, but c'mon)- there is a reason there is no obvious chat/customer care link - they don't want to talk and they dont care!- reflects the on-pitch performance really, its never been as bad as it is right now!- avoid if at all possible, there are better alternatives
As with lots of the other reviews. Ordered something nearly 3 weeks ago and still no update. Unable to contact anyone and emails have gone unanswered. I cannot believe a company of this size is allowed to behave like this to its customers. For other people having issues and if it’s been over 14 days you can contact your bank and get the payment charged back Update 20/12/24 - I have received an email notification of a refund for 1 item which I have not requested. The email explains nothing other than the refund will be processed and you cannot reply to it. It has 2 links in the email, one to the store which works.. 1 to contact them which doesn’t work
ABSOLUTLEY NO WAY OF CHASING ORDER, TOOK MONEY NO UPDATES, PORTAL DOES NOT WORK, 3 WEEKS WAITING FOR A SHIRT, NOW I KNOW WHY TEAM PLAYING RUBBISH AS THE SERVICE EXTENDS ACROSS THE BOARD AND WHOLE CLUB. DO NOT THINK AS IT IS MAN UTD THAT YOU WILL GET GOOD SERVICE - YOU DONT
