The customer service is terrible. I cannot reach anyone to return my retro jacket. The provided email doesn't work since my messages are returned. I bought my son a jacket in October for Christmas, but it's too big. I just want a smaller size. I can't find my original email, leaving me stuck with a £90 jacket that my son can't wear. The tags are still on it, and I have the bank statement. Any assistance would be appreciated.
I've had two very disappointing experiences with the company when buying kits. First, I ordered a shirt for my daughter two weeks before a final, but it never arrived. I eventually got a refund, but my daughter went without her shirt. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and I had to chase for updates. Second, I ordered a kit for my niece on December 7 and only found out about a delay on Christmas Eve. The store kept advertising Christmas delivery despite my issues. Key problems: lack of communication, no formal complaints process, and unmet delivery promises. Based on these experiences, I would recommend avoiding this store and purchasing merchandise from other retailers until their customer service improves.
I ordered an item on December 2, 2025, and tracking shows it was received by Royal Mail on December 3, 2025. Now it's December 23, 2025, and tracking still indicates it's with Royal Mail. I've contacted customer service multiple times through an automated service without speaking to anyone. I was told to be patient while they investigate. I have now requested a refund since the item won't arrive in time for Christmas. I await a response with little hope! Terrible customer service; I won't order from them again.
Vintage jacket came with the clubs badge stuck on sideways!!! Xmas present my grandson wanted. Had to go to ground shop on Xmas Eve morning and buy something else. The staff at the grounds shop were shocked and apologetic but couldn’t help as separate businesses. I am shocked they have license to sell using the clubs name especially with their poor reviews. Poor workmanship poor quality control poor customer service. I advise to pay less and buy from a non official company.
