I live in the USA and I have been a huge supporter of our beloved Manchester United! I purchased all of my gear from the mobile app of United Direct. Shopping experience is awesome, site is easy to navigate through, the merchandise is plentiful, always have my size in stock, checkout site is a breeze and is safe and secure and shipping response is quick. I always receive what I purchased, always my size and fits true to size. I will continue to purchase from United Direct. No issues whatsoever with what I purchased and I will continue to browse through the site to catch whatever catches my eyes! Thank you for the great shopping experience! Go Red Devils.
Got back to the US after visiting Manchester and Old Trafford. Also went to the megastore but didn’t wanna pack more stuff in my suitcase. Ordered a jersey and a gift for my son online. super easy, and I even found out about the devil collection that wasn’t in the Megastore. Delivery was kinda high and delivery took a while. But all in all, happy with the service.
I ordered a few things from the store for my son’s birthday. Including, 2 pairs of shorts in the same size. One pair is too small. I go online to see how to return it and notice there is a £6 fee for returns, no option to exchange, even a like for like item. I would rather source my own delivery as I know it would only cost £2, if that. I had a whole list of items I was going to purchase for Christmas but I’d rather not get stung with a return fee, if I did need to make a return again.
I should have known better than to give this store another chance. I stopped buying shirts from them a few years ago as they never turned up and getting a refund was impossible.I just ordered the 25/26 Authentic player version shirt with the premier league badges and these idiots put the youth badges on the L sized adult shirt. They couldn’t even get that right , not to mention the badge was not ironed on straight. I have messaged customer services who are no longer available on the phone conveniently and after an awful lot of e-mails to them they just keep saying they have escalated it to the other relevant department.Now they are just ignoring all of my e- mails.They only reply when they want to as long as it’s encouraging you to buy or you’re praising them. Anything wrong with the product don’t expect any help.I have now got a shirt that is unwearable and cost £130 which I have now lost.I’m going to have to buy another shirt from Adidas and get the badges put on separate as I should’ve done in the first place. 37 years supporting this club and the store is just as bad as the whinging players, the falling apart stadium and Ineos and the glazers. Utd store should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers and shut down by trading standards for their extremely poor customer service and lack of integrity to the fans. Never again.
I ordered my son this years home jersey. When the parcel arrived it had been tampered with and the jersey was missing (replaced with a nappy?). I completed the declaration of honour form in they sent me and then they have gone quiet. I am now without the jersey I paid for and don’t know what else to do. They do not respond to your emails. I am so disappointed that such a big organisation like Manchester United would treat fans/customers like this. It’s disgusting and I will never order from here again!
