In a dispute over faulty flooring…

In a dispute over faulty flooring installed 5 months ago. Delaminating and warped. Chris is passing the blame on the fitter whilst insisting SPC can only be fitted on screeded concrete floor and then making excuses that he doesn't know all the facts as he's not a fitter, he only sells the stuff. I suggest to learn your facts about the product you're selling. Discovered that the planks inside of the leftover box never touched by the fitter were all warped too. Explain that to me Chris. Their 20 year warranty has to go through their Chinese manufacturer. I heard it all now. Dreadful experience.
