My experience from start to finish with Stories Flooring has been excellent. They were super responsive to all my questions on the flooring I chose. I also ended up needing more flooring and they were able to source me 3 extra packs when the flooring had sold out. Kenton and the whole team were great. I have been pleased with the service. It is too early to comment on the floor as this will not be put down for several weeks time, but I was very pleased to benefit from the additional discounts offered as part of black friday/november etc
