I had to wait 3 days for my delivery which was dumped outside my flat, I have a severe physical condition and had to call someone to bring it in, I will never use thus company again, they are cheats

I ordered some samples on the 3rd…

I ordered some samples on the 3rd March, didn’t arrive, lost by EVRi so were resent by Amazon, also lost! A month later still no samples. Initially customer service was good but then no response to my contact. I gave up. Shame as I liked the look of the flooring as it was hopefully exactly what I’m looking for.
