Excellent bag and excellent service

I bought Beth Shoulder bag, it was preordered and had to wait several weeks to be delivered. The bag is beautiful, the quality is superb and I love it. Definitely worth waiting. The same goes for customer service, excellent!

The bag is gorgeous and functional

The bag is gorgeous and functional. If I could make two changes to make it perfect it would be to add feet to protect the bottom of the bag and to make the attached pouch removeable.

The absolute worst experience with a…

The absolute worst experience with a bag company I have ever had. Distasteful customer service. I would never order from Stow again.After paying in full in April, I did not receive my bag on May 15 as promised. End of June comes around and still no bag, no indication from the company on when it is coming. When I inquired Stow couldn’t provide a timeline, so I cancelled the order. In July they still send the bag—then asked me to return it sending a very inconvenient DHL shipping label. I request a UPS label and because I didn’t ship the bag within two days, they schedule a pickup without confirming with me. I wasn’t in town. Completely disorganized, self serving company that I would not recommend to anyone.

Great product

Great product. Shipment was later than anticipated based on “ready for shipment” date when making the purchase. Had to reach out when shipment was not received to get an update. Support was responsive. Despite the delay, very satisfied with the product and would order again!

Excellent quality purse

Excellent quality purse. Great construction and plenty of storage space inside. Definitely my go-to purse. Only reason I deducted a star is because it took way longer to manufacture than originally quoted (took an extra month!)
