There are several things this company is doing right- first, esthetically pleasing bags of superior quality that include zero plastics, and support smaller, ethical businesses (and less waste) is the most important factor in my decision to be their customer. Secondly, I wanted a strap that would make my EastWest Bag an under arm shoulder bag rather than only a crossbody or handle bag, and I reached out to customer service. Peter got back to me- and not only did he sell me a strap that made the bag wonderfully versatile, but he also had their atelier in Spain send me a few videos showing the bag with the shorter strap and what it would look like as a shoulder bag (satisfaction is an understatement! Peter made my ideas to feel seen, in such a way that it was collaborative and appreciated, and I think it made not only my day but possibly my whole week.)
Peter and the artisans at Stow London went above and beyond in customer service as well as craftsmanship, which is why their company is incomparably superior to every other company on the market.
I have reached out to the customer service of similar brands- brands using the same or similar grade quality Spanish leather, brands whom also doesn’t use plastics in their production, but whose customer service failed to have an open mind to my suggestions and passion for possibilities, which as a result lost my business and my loyalty. It’s not that those companies were wrong, it’s that this company was so much better that I had no choice but to choose them.
I have a genuine passion for bags, and in all my collection, Stow London is the finest, loveliest of lovelies and the one I feel best about spending my money on.
The prices are unfortunately high and makes this bag normally outside of my budget, but I was glad to support this company, and frankly the quality of the bag combined with the exceptional customer service made it worth it on multiple levels.

Very prompt in responding, I was very upset when UPS was after charging me with VAT, Stow dealt with them promptly and clarified that it was all inclusive. Not only does it produce excellent quality, but also deals with its customers very respectfully just how luxury should be!
I ordered the Mini East/West Bag on preorder and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. When it finally arrived, I was genuinely impressed. The bag is exactly as described, and the material quality is superior to any bag I’ve purchased before. It feels like an exceptional value. Receiving a piece of the leather that was going to be my bag was a bonus to the actual arrival of my bag. I love the leather, the feel and quality is outstanding. The stitching is done very nicely, not sloppy at all. In addition, I love that it is so light weight to wear and holds more than I thought it would. I do wish the straps were slightly longer, but it is still fine the way it is.
Excellent quality bag that I’ve been wearing everyday since receiving it. Beautiful texture and feel yet durable and carefree. No weird chemical smell. Packaged so well, simply but with quality. This was my second Stow purchase and I’ll definitely be back.
Gift for my wife - I ordered this bag as a birthday present for my wife. I was on the pre-order list with shipment to be on January 31st. I was pleasantly surprised to receive delivery of the bag on January 21st. When my wife opened the box...she was WOWED! She was delighted and immediately saw the high quality of the bag!
