Review Time
I ordered a bag on the 26th November now getting concerned as I’ve waited the 10 working days ( busy period) and still nothing. I have emailed customer service 2 times now and have had no replies. This is now concerning as had no updates or any response from customer service.
I've been very excited to receive my bag since ordering it on November 25 and understand it's a busy time of year and things get delayed - however, being referred to an app (Shop) and just waiting every single day, checking and not getting any communication about my purchase has been frustrating. It's day 14 now with no contact from the company. With other companies there's at least some form of message giving an estimated date but to wait 14 days with zero idea of what's happening is unfair to the customer. I've also written the company twice with no response back. I now see that the item I'd ordered says 'Restocking Soon' so most likely they oversold with not enough inventory. Please do better.
