Our driver Mahmood was excellent

Our driver, Mahmood, was punctual, polite, helpful and drove really well. We could not have had a better driver. The minibus was comfortable and easily accommodated the 3 of us, our large suitcases and bags. It was very easy to book.

Why £5 extra to put the back seat down?!!

Initially offered £26 for the trip. At a 30 minute wait. Usually £20. Found out I was offered larger car for my larger case (travelling solo) Apparently smaller car could do it but would charge £5 extra to put the back seat down!! So I went for the larger vehicle at £26. The gentleman at the desk then kindly upgraded the vehicle to a people carrier type car to reduce the wait time.

Mad driving

Driver called our name and then never spoke a word after that and his driving was too fast and up other drivers back side which made us feel unsafe and a accident waiting to happen

Poor

Poor - 4 street cars sitting waiting in queue on the rank and we were made to wait 14 minutes in the pouring rain for a cab thru allotted. Then there was an argument on price as they sent the wrong car! Come back uber all is forgiven.

Wrong info

The driver took us to Xmas markets,Piccadilly abs when I said the address was Albert Square , he said that wasn’t right. We were charged double what we were quoted on the machine at AC Marriott and had to walk with a disabled relative for 15 mins !
