Keep taking money from my account…I bought the bar not realising it included a monthly subscription to classes I dont need. Despite cancelling, they have yet again taken money from my account this month. Very dodgy, frustrating and unethical.
Appalling service. Purchased a pilates bar with 90 day tutorials. No where on the invoice did it specify it would be an ongoing subscription. Stretched Fusion took it upon themselves to debit another amount from my account 3 weeks after the first amount for what I have since been advised was a subscription. I have since cancelled it but don't appreciate companies not being upfront. Do not give them your credit card details what ever you do. Consider going elsewhere. There are many other places who offer better quality bars at a better price. Also, read the other many negative reviews regarding same thing to form your own opinion....dodgy unauthorised billing. BUYER BEWARE!!!!EDIT: Stretched fusion have since contacted trustpilot to get me to provide my personal information - no thanks! I guess it is so they can claim that I am not genuine when I am. Either way, read the negative reviews to form your own opinion on the how dodgy this company is.
Everything about Stretched Fusion is absolutely amazing. From the first time I did my first video on November 3rd, 2025, I was hooked. Never have I joined a fitness program that I cannot only do at home at my own convenience, but I also can not wait to do my next exercise video every day. It’s everything you’ve imagined and more. It literally works every part of your body with the resistance normally in 20 minutes or less a day.The trainers are absolutely top notch, and you have so many training platforms to pick from that you will never ever be bored. And the Stretched Fusion community. Talk about having a support system. It’s all there everything you’ve ever wanted. I’m telling you check it out.
The product arrived in a timely manner. The website and set up is not user-friendly. I purchased a 90 day challenge for $9.99 instead of $49.99.The communication level with the company has a lot of room of improvement needed. I emailed several times to ask how I access the 90 day challenge. Every time I got a reply when they finally did reply. It was like I was speaking to a Riddler. First they said that my membership was canceled and then they said they couldn’t refund the nine dollars, which is not what I was asking. I was asking how do I access it? So the bottom line is that it’s not user-friendly. I find the website being very clunky and confusing. Other than that, the videos are great once you find them. I will use it and hopefully I get some improvement. But Customer Service has some room for improvement.
I ordered and received the stretch fusion bar kit on 10/12/25 and used the free 30 subscription once within the first week of receiving. I found it difficult to follow the online video instruction while laying on the floor which is certainly not the fault of Stretch Fusion. However I noticed a $19.99 charge on my debit card that I did not authorize or order on 11/11/25. Even thought I have left messages on every stretch fusion customer service asking for an explanation, refund , ect. I have received ZERO responses and have only been able to cancel the subscription THAT I DID NOT ORDER. There is NO customer service associated with Stretch Fusion and find their business practices to be completely sketchy. I REGRET giving any of my personal information including my debit card to these people.
First of all, the community is amazing! They are supportive and motivate everyone. Doing these workouts have allowed me to work muscles I have never used. I have a new found strength I never knew was possible. My drive and energy has been increasing. I truly feel happier in the day with all the benefits my body is getting through these workouts.
SCAM. I only bought the bar. Then couldnt cancel this crap subscription. BUYER BEWARE!!! They DO NOT return calls of emails and still charged when I was trying to cancel their subscription which initaed when logged into my emaill and opened the email sent. SCAMMERS! Scummy company that misleads because one opened an email from them.
