I lived in a crib for my second year university house in Fallowfield, Manchester and have loved it. The Student Cribs team has never failed to sort out any issues with the house, specifically Mike H who always shows up quickly and never without a smile!
Student cribs have always been timely we repairs and maintained, especially with more serious problems. Steve Pritchard has specifically very helpful as well as very considerate of all house members, doing any extra minor jobs also mentioned to him :)
The team have been helpful and responsive a lot of the time. Though there have been some issues, such as my move-in day needing to be moved and little response in the two days before my next move-in day. I'm now in my space and am already enjoying being here so, a few hiccups here and there in the process, but nothing major.
I’ve lived in a student cribs property for my final year at university and the help from our maintenance team has been incredible, specifically Mick D. We had our fair share of problems with the house and Mick was always there straight away to help us with anything no matter the severity. I cannot recommend him enough! Mick you’re an absolute star!
Our maintenance man Mike H was incredible with attending to all our problems in the house and got it sorted efficiently and quick. He went above and beyond to make sure what we were getting was worth our money. An extremely lovely man and looked after us very well.
This review is not a reflection of overall satisfaction with Student Cribs, but specifically the man who is carrying the team, Mike H. To say his services have been appreciated is an understatement. Seemingly always available, Mikes brings with him a particular set of skills that extends far further than his handy work. His unwavering personable nature is a refreshing prospect amidst the less than ideal circumstances that call for his services in the first place. Whether it be a wonky door or a blocked drain, rest assured Mike is your man.
