This company will demand a massive fee instalment at the start of your tenancy, while offering you the opportunity to either align it with student finance payment or monthly if you proceed to try take up the other options they will completely ignore your phone calls and emails allowing you with no choice to pay the massive fee for a house you can’t live in for another month
