Reassuringly good local maintenance team

Having had horrific experience with previous agents of the building, Student Cribs care! Some of the company's central comms can be frustrating but locally the maintenance team, particularly Gavin Coles, is reassuringly great. Since taking over they have made sure the building is safe and watertight which nobody has cared about before!
