I am extremely dissatisfied with the item I received. The image displayed a dress with lots of embellishments, but what I got is very simple. Please avoid ordering based on the picture, as it is misleading. There is no customer service contact number available for assistance, leaving me with no solution. It's a waste of money.

No proper response received; the product quality was very poor. When I requested a refund, I was told there are no refunds, and even for an exchange, I would have to pay extra. They already charged extra with the order and there is no contact number available.

The seller does not provide a phone number, and while an exchange was approved for my order, it was not picked up. When I checked the website, it stated that the exchange window was closed, even though I lodged my complaint within 10 hours.

Extremely poor quality product; the embroidery was half done, there were stains, and the neckline was not finished. They expect customers to do the finishing work themselves. I ordered a size M, but although the tag was correct, the outfit did not fit. I ordered the product cash on delivery, and when I tried to exchange it, there was no option for cash on delivery. They are also asking for an additional fee for the exchange of a defective product. Please do not purchase from this vendor; there is no respect for customers, even after sending a faulty item they continue to demand more money.

Order No: #SJ359220. I’m very disappointed with this order. I specifically ordered a 3XL size, but received a shirt in 2XL and a pajama in XL. When I requested an exchange, the response was frustrating. Instead of admitting their mistake, I was told I needed to pay an extra fee according to their policy. What kind of seller makes an error in sizing and then expects the customer to pay for their mistake? This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this seller. They deliver incorrect items and then expect customers to cover the cost of their errors. Very disappointing experience.
