Ordered Scrubs January 18th and still have not had confirmation of shipping order. Despite three separate emails politely written stating I didn't want to leave a negative rebiew but I did want them to hear constructive feedback that this sort of customer service was unacceptable and frustrating, j got a chat gpt response with still no ETA to my third email. Finally today (27th Feb) I got a notification a shipping label had been created but only 2 of 3 of my orderered scrubs were included and the 3rd was awaiting information. This company should close down. It's not acceptable to promote orders as in stock, or state "ships on #### date" then fail to meet that date and send no correspondence until the customer themselves enquires. 1/10 service. Will I ever get my money back in the question..... Very frustrated.

I can't believe I've been scammed. You hear stories of people being scammed and think to yourself, that will never happen to me. I saw that Happy Scrub In is based in Australia, and so I thought it's safe to order from them. I ordered multiple scrub sets last early December. I've sent a few emails for updates about the order as it has not been sent for delivery yet. I've received excuses after excuses of why it wasn't sent yet (still hasn't ny end of February). When I asked for refund, they said they will refund me but will 30% taken off the total for admin fees etc..., which I've never heard from any other companies before. That is almost $100 off!

Frustratingly long wait and poor support

I had a similar experience to many others. It took two months for them to 'ship' my order. I reached out multiple times to express that I no longer wanted the items due to the delay. When I requested a refund, it was denied. I never received the product or any refund. This feels like a scam.

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS

I regret ordering from this store. I purchased some holiday scrubs on November 11 after seeing an ad on social media. Now, two weeks later, they provided a tracking estimate indicating that my order won't arrive until the end of December. After reading reviews, I doubt I will ever receive those scrubs… this site should be shut down! TOTAL SCAM!

Regret ordering from this store

I regret ordering from this store; I purchased some holiday scrubs on November 11th after seeing an ad on social media. I never got my order and requested a refund, but received no response. They initially seemed professional and replied to messages, but then went silent. I lost £50.

LONG WAIT WITH NO PACKAGE

I placed my order at the end of July. After a month of no updates, I inquired about it. The first response was automated, and then I was surveyed about the bot. After expressing my dissatisfaction, a real person finally responded, stating that my items were on preorder and I would need to wait. In September, I requested a refund, but they claimed they had many orders and would ship it next month. I knew I wouldn't see my order or my money back, but I reached out again halfway through October. If I could, I’d give -1 star. It’s better to throw your money away than to give it to this fraudulent company.

DISAPPOINTING QUALITY

The fabric quality was terrible, resembling a cheap Halloween costume. The fit was baggy and unflattering. The prints looked awful in person, with colors either washed out or overly bright. A total waste of money. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand. $90 wasted.

POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS

The shirts I received were of very low quality. I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing them to work. The smallest size didn't match the measurements and was baggy. If you ask for a refund, you will either be ignored or receive a generic response without a solution. This company appears to be very untrustworthy.
