I too ordered the large palette of over 30 paints and after a month received a tiny 12 colour box of cracked paints that bore no resemblance to the advertisement or my receipt! No reply from them when I asked for a refund or the correct item. I will be raising a dispute with PayPal.
Ordered a power hose, you use it with a garden hose...it does not work...tried to retirn it..they would.not accept it..because you need a powerhose machine.....Iam stuck with a product that does not do what is supposed to do..this company is.from ChinaDONT BUY FROM THEM
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered metallic watercolour paints. Item took weeks to arrive. They were not as pictured - they sent a mini palette of 12 when the advert showed images of 36. Not event the same brand. Turns out that the video on the advert was from a completely different brand of paint. I emailed the company but they did not respond. Do not waste your money. ***They also trade under the name ‘Little Playland.com’ and that’s who the PayPal transaction goes to. Read those reviews if you are not convinced!!***
