I liked the product, but I'm extremely frustrated with the support after the purchase regarding the return process. Their system failed to provide me with a return label. I reached out to them twice; the first time I received no response, and the second time they assured me it would be sent by the end of the day. Now, several days later, I still haven't received it. I appreciated the brand and would have been willing to spend more, but now I'm having serious doubts because of the poor customer service.
The customer service was extremely poor. I purchased a shirt that had messy stitches and reported it immediately, but their only response was to send a return label. There was no apology or offer for a replacement, and despite high-quality products, the customer experience was very disappointing. I can no longer recommend them and suggest looking for other brands that value their customers, especially given their pricing.
