Had. great experience with SUNS Lifestyle, from ordering the pergola at the ideal home exibition, site survey, all the way through to installation. Charlie and Kieran did an amazing job of installing our pergola. Friendly, polite and tidy throughout. Good communication about arrival time.Would definitely recommend SUNS Lifestyle.
We never intended to buy a table, chairs and parasol and once we saw the garden sets from Suns Lifestyle at the Grand Design show we were sold ! It was installed today by Charlie & Kieran who were fantastic and did a great job. Many thanks

Dan and Kev arrived at the agreed time and set to work straight away. They were very professional and spent lots of time checking and checking again. The installation is exactly what we wanted and we are very pleased. Dan and Kev explained the use of the gazebo fully before leaving. There was no mess, no leftover rubbish etc. They were a pleasure to have here. We now have the extra outdoor space we were looking for and the privacy screens are fab! It looks very smart indeed. Just had Glenn, Andy and Khalid install my Suns Lifestyle pergola. So very pleased with the result - the quality of the product and the installation. I cannot fault the service from Suns Lifestyle, from start to finish it was easy and stress free.Our first contact was at the Ideal Home Show, and the guy we spoke to was really helpful without resorting to any pressure. He gave us great info and we left it that we would measure our patio and see if it was suitable.Then after we’d measured and looked at options and reviews my wife and I decided to place an order. I spoke to Ryan on the phone to discuss final sizing and screens and make payment. He was helpful and the process was nice and easy.After that Natasha kept me informed of installation dates, even giving us the option of an earlier install which was convenient.And finally but by no means last was the installation.Dan and Kev were excellent, they sent a message on the day advising arrival time and were spot on. The first thing they did was check and double check location, orientation and placement of screens, they were careful to ensure it was all as we wanted.Despite it being a gray damp afternoon they worked hard and did a great job erecting the Rota Pergola.No way I could have done it as easily as they made it look! Once it was done they showed how to operate screens and louvres and made sure we were happy with everything, and they tidied up well leaving no mess or rubbish.At the end the icing on the cake was helping me move out patio furniture back into place, excellent customer service.I cannot fault this company, all staff seemed superb and we love the new Pergola, now we need some nice weather so we can enjoy using it.😀👍
Just had a Maranza pergola installed today and we are delighted. Kieran and Matthew did a brilliant job, which made everything really easy for us - they are obviously skilled experts and took real pride in their work.
