Very Happy and Delighted. We originally ordered our Pergola early 2022 but due to delays caused during the refurbishment of our home had to delay installation a number of times. When we thought the site was finally ready the office kindly arranged for the installation team at short notice the week before Christmas; they drove over 4 hours to find the site was not quite as ready as we all thought! They couldn't fit but did deliver. Due to the confusion, Suns kindly agreed to waive any re-visit fee and Glenn and Charlie finally came today to fit. We are already cooking our first BBQ and intend to use very often. It feels like we have an extension to the home and now have an outdoor kitchen. A big thank you to Suns for honouring their original price despite us delaying delivery in a high inflation environment and thanks too to Glenn and Charlie for visiting twice at no extra charge. Glenn and Charlie, were punctual, polite, cheerful, efficient and tidy. They cleared up and took all the packaging and mess. It looks great.
The pergola is very good quality and Christian and Brent worked like a well oiled wheel to assemble it for us. They clearly know what they are doing. Nothing was too much trouble, they were polite and friendly, and they left the garden tidy. They were cheerful and explained well how it works. We are impressed that everything looks straight, level and sturdy. I could hear the rain water running as promised inside the legs this morning. The blinds are a nice touch for low sun and we like the grooves to stop them flapping about in a breeze. It’s a good product and the whole team we had dealings with are good at their jobs, both in the office and on site. It is like having a new room and we can’t wait for a bit of warm weather. Great product and is going to transform the usability of our large south facing decking area this summer. Had been looking for a while and this product looks great and is incredibly good value compared with other options we looked at. The back office team couldn’t have been more helpful (I guess if you have such a good product you can be confident in what you are selling!) and the installation team were so friendly, polite and professional - Glen, Charlie and Kieran were clearly happy in their work. We can’t wait to show off our purchase to friends and family and host many events under the pergola this summer. Excellent product,service and communication- I am delighted with my Miranza pergola- good quality build and now a great indoors/ outdoors area!! Christian and Brent who did the installation were great, told me when they would arrive, turned up on time, did a great job, communicated with me throughout ( even though I had to go to work mid installation) to ensure all was in order and we’re tidy and courteous- well done and thanks Sunslife for a great product and excellent service.
Glenn and Charlie did a fantastic job installing our pergola, they were professional, clean and tidy. They made it really easy to understand the functionality of the unit. No questions were too small or silly . Overall my experience with suns cant be faulted!! Would definitely recommend!!
After a lot of research offline and online, we decided to go ahead with Sun's Lifestyle and we made the best decision for our outdoor living area. Christian and Brent were sent to us as experienced members of staff because of a slight complication to install the pergola. I'm so glad the company were thoughtful and worked in our best interests rather than just getting the job done. Christian and Brent advised what was right and decided to come back once we had sorted the patio surface. Today they came, messaged yesterday to confirm with ETA and it was a smooth installation from start to finish. They tidied the whole area before leaving and made sure I understood how to operate the mechanism. We would whole heartedly recommend this company and these installers to anyone who is about to invest in a good quality looking pergola. Looking forward to spending lots of time in the garden with family and friends now 😊💮
