Dealing directly with Mark co founder of Supa Heater and his team, shout out to Shelley, has been very refreshing. It's easy to see how passionate they are about their product and are more than happy to help with any issues which may arise. Well done Team Mark.
I had a lay-z-spa for a few years, and it cost a fortune to run, a friend recommended a gas heater for it. The Supa tub and heater are amazing, my tub heated up from 10 degrees to 40 in less than an hour. Had a few minor issues in assembling, but the customer service from Mark was astounding; a video call on a Saturday morning to talk me through exactly what I needed to do. I can't recommend this company enough. I saw another review saying that the product incurred import tax fees when delivering to Ireland, I got an email from FedEx saying that I needed to pay them, but after reaching out to Supa, they sorted it out promptly and I didn't have to pay anything extra. I did have to get an adapter for the gas tank, but that was straight forward.
well what can i say? the new supa hot tub is a game changer 4 lazy spas and expensive electric bills luke warm tubs no more for us ! 10 years waiting on the perfect tub i’m an expert building supa heaters had the heater. now the tub /heater all in one perfect well done team SUPA
The supa heater is a great bit of kit. It appears to be well made. The couplings are good quality metal with good quality pipes. It easy to assemble. The customer service is awesome with prompt replies both email and phone support.It is effective and efficient. I bought the hot tub combo and I'm really pleased with it so far.The water temperature remains constant.so much more effective than my old electric setup.
This heater is an excellent product.I would have no problem giving it a 5 star review. However I would suggest that SUPA should provide an adaptor for their gas regulator when selling outside the UK. I would also suggest that SUPA advice customer's in Europe that the product will incur duty fees because they are outside the EU.
Mark was a great help in finding missing box from shipment. Have put heater together but not not hot tub yet as waiting for insulating material for under tub delivery.Will update when all up and running.Trust me that Mark was very helpful on the phone and I'm sure he will do the same for anyone else with problems.
Initial problem resolved the next day. Spoke to Mark at 5.45 pm , replacement item received at 9.05 the following morning. Fantastic after sale service. Since then been running smoothly, absolutely delighted with the product. No more planning ahead as warms up so quickly. Been around 15mins for use on consecutive days bit longer when didn't use for a couple of days, and its still only March! Happy wife happy life!
