Communication with SupaHeater was really great. We also had a personal call from Mark (one of the founders), which was a nice touch.The product arrived quickly, and was easy to setup (once we followed the instruction!).The instructions were actually very easy to follow.We have used the hot tub nearly every day since we got it. It heats up very quickly, and is really easy to maintain the cleanliness and chlorine levels.We are absolutely thrilled with the product. It was a good price, cheap to operate on gas, and is really great quality.As a product designer myself, I have to give these guys 5 stars for the SUPA Heater. It does exactly what you want it to do, when you want it, and if you use it regularly only takes about 30-40 minutes to warm up.We highly recommend this. First time hot tub owner here and after doing my research the Supa looked fab. Mark and the team have been great with support and the product is fab. It does exactly what it says it would and keeps our running costs low. The build instructions that come packaged with the Supa where a little confusing but the ones emailed to us with our order where spot on and showed clearly what to do. I had a question about some of the assembly and Mark was fab on the phone. All in all its been a great experience
Firstly, for clarity, we purchased the Supa Hot Tub plus the Supa Heater. That is important to be clear on as many of the videos online or on YouTube speak of a long hot water hose and a cold water hose. You do not get those when you purchase the hot tub as well as the shorter connections connect directly to the hot tub.Building the unit was reasonably straightforward and as the instructions state, take your time and make sure you follow the main instruction leaflet. That is important as there is a supplementary single sheet that throws a little confusion into the build with regards the bag numbers. To be fair, Mark is aware and is dealing with it - use the numbers from the main instruction booklet and you should be able to work it out. We did and it’s fairly straightforward. Both the hot tub and the heater are absolutely superb. We filled the tub, which is 900 litres, and heated it from tap water temperature to 40 degrees C in about 80 minutes. That would have taken perhaps 24 hours plus with other known brands? You do not have to leave the system on when not in use, although you can if you wish for minimum cost due to the rapidity with which it heats up. The only other cost was the purchase of a 19kg propane cylinder on which you have to pay the initial cost of course. Given the speed at which the system heats the water, we are sure we will recoup all costs within a reasonable space of time. Ultimately, this is about being able to use a hot tub whenever you want and not having to worry about electricity costs to do so. The customer service is excellent and all calls were answered by the owner every time. Not sure I have had that for a while but Mark and his product are first rate and we highly recommend them. Not sure you will find a better way to run any hot tub and remember, you can use their heater with any hot tub.
