It's a great product to use heats water quickly but the only problem is the the building process it takes a long time and also you have to fit all the gas components together which would be dangerous if not done right for the price you pay you would expect very little work involved.
Mark of SUPA has spared no effort to provide the best service, support and a product that I have ever experienced! The product itself is superb. Engineered to perfection and made of great quality materials. Everything about the SUPA heater exudes quality and it is transformative in terms of what it does and to my knowledge no other hot tub heating system delivers. Water heated to the desired temperature as it is filled or a tub filled with cold water heated up in just over an hour (1000 litre tub). Absolutely brilliant!
At first i was a little apprehensive about ordering the supa heater from an fb ad, but after doing some research i decided to place my order, there was a small wait due to the company being out of stock but after a month mark emailed me to say it was going to be shipped to me within a few days, his level of customer service is outstanding and any issues with the assembly he's there to help, back to the heater which i purchased for our hot tub, and what can i say it's absolutely amazing and far exceeded my expectations to fold, everything about setting it up to the time of just over an hour to heat 1200ltr of cold water to 39° is simply mind blowing, and the best part is a cost of £3 for a small amount of gas more than justified the purchase.If anyone with a hot tub that's costing a fortune every month look no further than the SUPA HEATER where it doesn't make owning a hot tub a wallet busting experience
Used my supa many many times now. It's brilliant! Simple as that, saves you money! Not only do I use it to heat my spa up, I shower with it before using the spa, im going to give it 5 stars, only thing I hope is it lasts for many years and if it does need servicing or parts, they will be here to do it!
