Purchased a supa heater boiler for a holiday let business I own and we have three hot tubs on site.The supa heater allows us to change and heat the water in record time which is what is needed for quick turn around on guests stays.Mark was superb on explaining the system and how it all works.Would definitely recommend and it should pay for it self back in weeks for me due to the electricity it would normally take to heat up.A real game changerThanksGray
I purchased one of the Supa heaters from Amazon and delivered on Wednesday. It took me an hour to put together in the freezing cold so that’s all I did that day.I ordered the coupler advised on the Q&A section and got my propane this morning.The hot tub is filling now direct from the outside tap. The Heater is saying it’s going into the tub at 35-36 deg so I expect that I will have to switch to Mode 1 when the tub is full to get to the desired 40deg.What a wonderful piece of kit, I can not recommend this highly enough and will be telling all my hot tub pals about this.We have kept the hot tub off over the last year due to the energy costs but we felt it was a waste of 10k sitting in the garden. Now with the supa heater we can use it again at a fraction of the cost and when we want it without burning money to the energy companies.Outstanding piece of equipment, and I am literally writing this review sitting in my dry robe ready to hop into the tub which is up and heated to 40 deg within an hour and a half (including filling). Would have taken about 15 hours + on the leccy!
Always answering queries quickly and efficiently very professional.I have had my hot tub for 3 yrs now love it so relaxing but then came the energy price hike so we decided only to have hot tub on in the summer ,but the best time to use it is winter more benefits .We where seriously considering selling the hot tub because of costs I had looked at Air source heat pumps but the price was £2000 plus could not justify then we seen the supa heater we can now have out hot tub on in the winter switch off when we are not using it then heat up goes from 6 degrees water temp to 40 degrees in about an hour we can wash dog outside has a shower attached to it and also clean patio with jet wash no chemicals needed great product easy to assemble and fantastic customer services that care Thank you Supa heater .
