You know that saying - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. This is the exception.Sceptical due to all the excellent reviews and thought "it can't be that good" but paid my money and bought it.To say it has transformed our Shepherds Hut turn-overs is a fact. In winter, emptying, cleaning, filling then heating the hot tub was a 4 hour labour - meaning we often missed the three hour turn over window.But SUPA heater heats as it fills, and reduces the turn over with a pre-heat by 2 hours.Can't recommend enough. Oh and many thanks to Mark who patiently replied to all my emails.If you are a Hot Tub owner, Glamping site owner, this is a must buy. You won't regret it.Hillviewhuts

I have been using the SUPA heater for about 6 months I have 2 holiday cottages both with hot tubs and it makes double change overs possible both tubs ready to use by check in at 3pm.Amazing bit of kit. Simple to use easy to assemble and does exactly what it supposed to do. Plus at the beginning customers service with Mark was excellent.Thanks for inventing a very useful piece of equipment.
Fantastic product and customer service.I purchased a SUPA heater to heat the water in my out of the ground pool.Pool volume: 9000 litresStarting temperature 23.31 degreesTarget temp 33 degrees6.12kg propane used @ £2.88 per kg (19kg bottle) = £17.63I started off with Intex rubber solar panel mats. I then progressed to Steinback solar panels which are great when we have the sun (but still need a few days of constant sun to heat the water to the right temperature). I then purchased a coal fired stainless steel coil heater, this was very efficient, but the neighbours complained about the smoke (even though it was smokeless coal that I used)! This year we put our pool up and I looked at the weather for the wind direction to be ok to light the coal heater, the forecast for the next couple of weeks wasn’t good wind direction wise!! I googled propane powered pool heaters and your SUPA heater was one of the first on the search 😁. The rest is now history.The SUPA heater took me about 2 hours to assemble. I’m very impressed with the build quality and attention to detail that has been put into the design of the product.From my point of view the SUPA heater is a total game changer, although the initial purchase price is quite high, I believe it is well worth the money.In my opinion the cost of the initial heat up was well worth it, the water temperature will hopefully stay at a comfortable level, if it needs heating, I will use the solar panels (if the sun is shining) to supplement it, or the SUPA heater.Last year we hardly used our pool as the temperature of the water wasn’t high enough, this year we will be able to use our pool whenever we like, whatever the weather. A water heat-up time for the 9000 litres 23 to 33 degrees in a fraction over 3 hours is a total “game changer”.Mark was fantastic at responding to my emails, even over the weekend. Great advice given. Very knowledgeable and helpful.I couldn’t recommend the SUPA heater more highly, what an amazing product 😁.
This is a really good heater for heating the hot tub at a fraction of the price and time of the electric you use.We heated our Miami spa in a little over an hour. Mark Thompson from the company was a great help for a novice like myself nothing is too much trouble for him.Great product great support highly recommended
HiWe have a glamping business with hot tubs We Have been struggling on changeover days to get hot tub up to temp in time After a lot of research We cam across Supa Heater Well what can I say. At first we thought no way But we took a chance and so glad we did. It’s a game changer. Four man tub up to temp in one hour ten mins The machine is so easy to set up and use And Mark is so professional and honest Can’t recommend this enough. Just buy one you wont regreat it
We purchased two of these heaters for our glamping business and have got to say they have been a revelation. We can now turn our log burning hot tubs round in 2 hours rather than the usual 5 hours dependant upon wood quality. The delivery within 24 hours is quite exceptional.Would recommend to others
