The app glitches when trying to source or upload photos and doesn’t submit and you have to keep re-entering it. The agents are to you when you subscribe/ sign up are very lackadaisical, does not respond in a timely manner, and give short response with questions still unanswered. Customer support isn’t 24/7. Needs app and customer assistance improvement.I would not recommend them. They seem legit but I still haven’t heard back from customer support about my assigned agent who still hasn’t responded from over a week ago on my inquiries and not getting the help I need for my products. Definitely not the service they proclaims and advertise. Hope this review helps.
