Dont order from these guys. I ordered and the 3 boxes I recieved smelled like dog shit couldnt take a bite wanted to puke the smell was so strong. I emailed them and he just offered me a store credit for 5 dollars a box for the stinky dog shit bars. What a joke. I was ripped off will never order from this guy again obviously.
I placed an order with SupplementSource.ca and made a small shipping error (Ave instead of St). I caught it early and contacted customer service on, asking for help before the package was returned.Instead of intervening promptly, they sent a basic tracking screenshot and waited to contact UPS—too late. My package was returned, and I was charged the return shipping fee.I acknowledge my initial mistake, but the lack of urgency and failure to assist after multiple requests is unacceptable. Their final response deflected responsibility entirely.I’ve disputed the charge and will not order from them again. Disappointing service.
Terrible Experience – Never Ordering AgainI ordered 3 boxes of protein bars from SupplementSource.ca, and what I received was an absolute joke. The bars showed up in a random, shady-looking box with zero insulation or protection. Every single bar was completely melted, deformed, and inedible. It was like receiving a box of goo.When I reached out to customer service, their response was basically “too bad, look at our weather policy.” No accountability, no effort to make it right—just a dismissive attitude.I order food products online multiple times a week from various companies, and they all take basic precautions during hot summer weather—like ice packs, insulated packaging, or at least a heads-up. SupplementSource clearly doesn’t care.Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that values their customers and product quality. This was a complete waste.
I'm really satisfied with my purchase, great price, great product, delivered really fast. For the negatives reviews....maybe read the discription from start to finish ...I did and I received exactly what was described! Thanx guys.
This is the first time I have dealt with a "CEO" that carries himself like a new employee who doesn't want to work, it baffles me the ignorance and lack of initiative on his part. I placed an order and due to some concerning emails I thought I was being scammed (I've learned from Kitboga) so I emailed them to confirm these emails came from them, they confirmed so everything was good. Later that same day I receive an email saying I requested to have my order cancelled, when wanting to know what happened he said it was an automated email and that he (the "CEO") didn't feel comfortable because he saw red flags, when clearly asked to mention some of his concerns he didn't, he simply said it was his final decision, no justification and I am thinking he didn't have any.I ordered again using a different method of payment since they didn't like my first method of payment, my order went through but then was manually cancelled the next day. When I called to ask what happened the person on the line was very cordial and clear about what was the issue, they should fire the current "CEO" and place her in that position instead, she didn't beat around the bush and gave me emotional nonsense like the "CEO" boy behind the emails we exchanged. She told me that he had made a note on my account to only accept one specific method of payment because I had made some sort of promise that I would use that method of payment, when I told him I never made such a promise he copy-pasted that part of our conversation as proof, turns out I did not make any promise but rather he interpreted himself that I had made such promise, which is strange for a "CEO" to lack reading comprehension... eventually I told him that if he didn't want to do business with me then it was fine, if he said it I would respect that, so he simply says "Fine. I don't want to do business with you", I respect that even a bit. I would respect it more if he had not lied the whole time giving me excuse after excuse while I exposed every single one.A "CEO" who doesn't want to make money for the company he was placed in charge of, that is no real CEO, that is just a confused boy with a position too high for his own good.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.SupplementSource.ca is a complete disaster when it comes to taking care of their customers.First, their shipping is a nightmare — they use Canada Post, which is already known for delays and poor handling, and they do absolutely nothing to help when issues come up.But what’s even worse is their customer service: rude, dismissive, constantly giving misleading information, and in my case, outright lying about my order status.They act like once they have your money, they couldn’t care less.No accountability, no real support, and zero effort to resolve problems — just endless copy-paste excuses. It honestly feels like a scam operation once something goes wrong.Save yourself the frustration — there are way better supplement companies out there that actually value their customers.I would never order from them again.
I am very happy with the service I received from Supplement Source. Glad to have found a Canadian supplier for my workout and keto food needs, and the prices are GREAT! I contacted them shortly after I placed my first order (due to MY error in ordering) and they got back to me right away. My order arrived quickly and in great condition. Just placed my second order. One thing I'd like to mention in response to some poor reviews: it's warm out now! Maybe don't order anything chocolate coated or fat-based until the weather gets cooler? Be sensible!
Do not pay extra for shipping! They never ship to your home and you will have to go pickup!Paid extra for a FedEx delivery to my door and what do they do? Send it 1 km away to a Canadapost pickup! It’s a $600 order and I do t have a car. Do they expect me to carry it on my back? This is the second time they do this and the last time! We will never order from them again.
Poor customer service. Ordered some preworkout and the packet to keep moisture out was broken, so asked them to send another one but they said that since it's under $99 no free shipping. Then ordered some protien bars and one had plastic in it. Reached out to them and they said that since it's been over 30 days they can't do anything about. I understand they want to be penny pinchers but this is next level. I don't consume a bar each day.
