I have submitted ticket 64043526 and 64004101. I have attached multiple screenshots explaining the situation and covering in substantial detail that I discovered over time that my email address was originally compromised which led to the account being logged out of discord.
The account is Vega Saturn, user id is Vega#7678. Your "bot" tells me to just "try the forgot password link" as if I havent already done so. I explained that the account has been most likely hacked. Every time I enter the email address or phone number it says neither exists on my account. Your bot says "if the process above does not work reply using your email address"

You are a disgusting service, im convinced ever since you've been acquired by Microsoft you don't actually have staff there managing service because its all AI nonsense. I reach out to your messenger team and they basically don't give a shit either because theyre just a social team. So who does? How are multiple people on this platform locked out of accounts and servers and you guys just let it slide?

Today tried to edit my subscription due to the incoming changes regarding needing to upload a government ID to use the app. DATA BREACH 4 months ago, nothing reported as to how they increased their security, and they wanna give me a run-around with pre-scripted bot emails about how I cant cancel my subscription when its all about THE DATA BREACH.
The support site seems to be mostly run by AI chatbots and very little supporting seems to be done. Constantly get stuck in loops with AI trying to ask simple questions like "what is the process to do x". If something happens to your support account, they do not even have an account recovery process.
