I just thought I would give a review as an overview of my dealings with this company.I have ordered various items from Dutch army poncho liners, PLCE webbing pouches and other small camping type items. The service I have received has been first class. Products as described or better condition, quick delivery, packaging in good condition and suitable for the items sent. Well done, sometimes the service from small companies is just much better than big corporations because they care more about their customers.
Outstanding communication, did me proud and delivered a near new RAF holdall all the way to Australia.Kept me up to date and even refunded me some shipping cost as the price was under what they quoted.Blown away with their customer service and honesty, can not recommend this company enough.
Have ordered twice in past five years. Most recent just this Spring 2025. Excellent vendor. Skilled in shipping from the UK to the US. Items come just as described, packaged well, and in fair time and at a reasonable price for international shipping.
Just to say how helpful Sur & Outdoors were when I rang to check sizing on a pair of Austrian boots. And how good the boots actually are grade 1, but could be new comfortable straight off. So thanks & would definitely buy from you again.
They are awful at returns. They still owe me money for the wrong boot they sent but as per other reviews surplusandoutdoors think they can keep treating their customers badly. Even their terms and conditions on their website show they are happy to break English selling laws.I am more disappointed because I have been loyal to them and spent a considerable amount of money with them in the past. No more.
