This casino is awful and support is even worse. I have now been waiting 6 weeks for a redemption of 100 dollars. This was not free money or free plays, I deposited to play here. Customer service tells me the same thing each time I contact them.
Still no redemption and it’s been over a month now. Ridiculous! If I could give zero stars I would. People you would have to be a fool to give these folks a dime after reading all these reviews and the few that are positive probably came from someone who works there. They DO NOT PAY!!! BEWARE AND BE A FOOL AND DEPOSIT IF YOU WANT. THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOWN QUICK FAST AND IN A HURRY. THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP ROBBING PEOPLE. Worse site to ever play ! I did a redemption on January 6 2026 almost a month ago and still no redemption they do not write back am currently in the process of filing a law suit so they will be shut down really soon ! Scam artist at it best ! DO NOT PLAY!!!

My redemption has been pending for over a week and a half. I’ve emailed support several times and received no response. There is no way to open a support ticket, only an email address that appears inactive. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend this platform.
Edit again: cashed out on January 11th and still nothing. Straight trash!!! Stay away people!! Edit: Still nothing. I cashed out on the 11th and they replied saying they have a huge amount of redemptions to process. I don’t see how when all these reviews are saying they don’t pay… lol. So that’s a red flag to stay away. I could even understand if there were even a handful of reviews saying they got paid but sadly there aren’t. Taking away another star the longer I wait. Well I won 100 off my free bonus and cashed out 5 days ago but after reading all these reviews my hopes are down for actually receiving payment. I’d like to deposit but I’m not gonna be no fool so I’ll wait to see if they actually pay me. If they do I will update my review and stars. They did email me back and say they have a backlog of redemptions but I’m wondering how that’s possible when nobody is getting paid. lol. Unreal! It’s been 5 days now since I redeemed..let’s see
Well I tried to just simply update and edit my other post from 2 days ago because just to keep a timeline I guess and for some reason even though I can see it in the list of reviews at the casinos site here, it's not in my list of reviews when I flip through them so just updating they finally did get back to me and asked me for my crypto address remember because the card redemption apparently failed and so I gave him my crypto address and I said can I get an outlook on time and estimation. And they replied as stated before and let me tell you I my whole face got red. But they continue to say it would be between today and tomorrow and this was yesterday on a Friday of course so the next day today still nothing. I'm pretty certain they're going to reply on Monday saying well we met tomorrow the next business day even though they didn't mention that in the email and I have just this definite assumption that it's not going to go through they're not going to do it. If the redemption ever goes through I'll post another review to advise that the redemption was actually processed but at this point I don't really have any faith in this casino. I hope they prove me wrong especially since they sent the email saying it would be between today and tomorrow yesterday they advise that so in the very least carry out what you advise. In the event that something happens and you can't carry it out surely you can send an email justifying and rationalizing or excusing why it's not going through but I mean it won't make me happier but at least it'd be something. At least it'd be a step in the right direction versus what they're doing so far. I had somewhat of a similar experience with free spin casino but they did at least finally issue my redemption so at this point this casino is even worse than them. Why even have an online casino if you can't do it right
