I self excluded myself & asked for a refund the other day, minutes after deposit, not losing any $, & realizing only slots go towards playthrough here. Well, some customer service agent said "no guarantees, but we'll try to get you a refund" & I knew I only had two viable options & only one ended with my $ not being lost here. Still, today I chose to reopen my account, & see what I was missing! (100% guaranteed loss of funds) So I played through my balance & had $70 redeemable left but they only accept $100+ redemptions, so I said oh well, no chance I leave here with any $ unless I get over the $100 hump...so I played a game of roulette, $25 on black, I win! my balance was 102! I've been playing .10 & .20 for hours, I'm stoked! wait....redeemable $2.10! wow...so I play it up again, $60+ redeemable, win a $50 of roulette, $0 redeemable...first one is only screenshots but the far better one I was able to record. Each are big casino red flag nonos, some might call it something else. I knew this place was a racket the other day but wow wow wow. I didn't trust this place first 2 minutes the other day, now I'm happy to leave this here & lose whatever I lost here. I don't know how it's possible to buy their packages & cash out without hitting bonuses on every machine, & with almost $80 redeemable becoming $2 redeemable in 1 nanosecond is just amazing. I never even thought had a shot of cashing here, hence my immediate regret in depositing & shamefully asking for a refund almost a week ago lol. I tell y'all one thing, I am not delighted about giving my banking info any other info to these folks. After making all these records I permanently self excluded once again. If anyone on the fence & blessed enough to read this, trust & believe💯, it's my pleasure. If I'm correct there are 3 sweeps casinos I need to avoid in order to avoid this from happening again, & I'll let you do your own DD. I play on their “sister site” rich sweeps often and they’re great, never had any issues. They process redemptions instantly like they advertise. I choose sites to play on based on redemption speed, as I do not like to wait days for money when there’s options out there. I have redeemed from sweeps royal a few times. The last time it was delayed but within a few hours I received it. This time I submitted redemption yesterday and it’s still pending while I get the run around of compliance needing to review it. I am fully verified and have already redeemed. I think they are trying not to pay me out. I won’t recommend this site and I will be deleting my account once I receive my money. Customer service is very nice, which is why I gave 2 stars.
I’m newer to SweepsRoyal but made my first redeem and let me say not only was it in fact instant, without hassle but the support team is kind also, which sadly on other sites they can be rude and condescending so I was very pleased thus far ❤️
