I joined Sweep Royal a while ago. The experience started strong. I verified my account, requested a redemption, and received it almost instantly. I stopped playing after that and only redeemed what I already had.My first four redemptions moved fast. Each one was processed the same day or after a quick email. Support told me larger amounts might take longer. All of the fast redemptions were for 500 dollars. My last 500 dollar request took about a week and a half. I emailed support multiple times and never received a reply. Live chat only told me they were running security checks.My earlier redemptions did not face extra checks. I have not bought in or played again, so the delay does not make sense. I submitted a 3,000 dollar request on 11/17, thinking the process would finish in about a week. I am now at 9 business days with no update. Support has not answered any email.A short delay makes sense. 9 business days with no communication feels excessive.
