I took out the trial, to realise it’s not what I need for my company. They took the money out of my account midday on the last day of the trial. I have tried contacting them 4 times to via their contact us form, to hear nothing back. Customer service is awful. For a new start up I’d expect CX to be top of their priority list.
I signed up for a trial and tried to cancel within the 'free period' only to have $70 AUD taken from my account.For the limited time I spent on Syllaby before realising it was not useful to me or my business to be charged $70 is ridiculous. Beware.
I loved how simple sign up was, the free trial let me get started immediately. For the topics where information was readily available there were some great questions and content prompts. I serve a very niche market with limited data so when I got too specific the content was lacking but I sent the feedback to the team and they were quick to take the feedback and to try to find a way to solve the issue. When I screwed up my account, they were polite looking into it, it was clearly a screw up on my end, they were still polite and helped me get it corrected right away. 5 stars for innovation, 5 stars for customer service, 5 stars for willingness to take feedback and serve the customer!
I wanted to share my recent experience with your platform. On May 14th, I decided to give Syllaby.io a try by signing up for a 7-day trial. Unfortunately, within just a few minutes, it became apparent that the service did not meet my expectations. I promptly canceled my subscription by navigating to the "Subscription" section on your website.To my surprise, on May 21st, I noticed a charge of $49.00 USD on my account from Syllaby.io, despite having canceled my subscription. I immediately tried to reach out to your company to rectify this mistake, but I was unable to find any contact information on your website.This situation led me to contact my bank in order to initiate a chargeback. However, it is disheartening to inform you that the bank informed me that the chargeback was unsuccessful, as your company allegedly did not confirm my cancellation and placed the burden of proof on me.I believe it is important for companies to uphold ethical practices and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Syllaby.io has been quite disappointing, as I have encountered difficulties in resolving this issue.I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers should be able to trust in the services they subscribe to and receive the support they need when facing challenges.
I believe this new tool is definitely worth 5 stars and I can explain why.You can check of all of the important boxes. The company has a spokesperson who welcomes you in a greeting video. You don't even have to watch it. I like that it's optional. I was curious enough to listen.The interface itself is extremely user friendly and simple to navigate. Everything is right in front of you instantly to use AI for all your ideas.The ideas search engine gives all the results on whatever topic you wish to talk about. From there you select a day you want to post your idea.The really cool thing about that is you have an accountability calendar built in so you can track your progress, sometimes posting consistently is the hardest thing. This calendar can help you achieve these goals. From there you go to the exciting part where your content gets created! Do you want a video or article? Whatever tone or pitch or style you want is just a matter of a few settings and the system creates your content instantly!You can select the length of the video and whether it is funny or professional!Signing up was easy and the free trial lets you check everything out with plenty of time to cancel or continue!Honestly, with features and the content I created within the first hour I knew this was going to be an awesome tool.
