I’m having a great time exploring the features of Syllaby. It’s intuitive and easy to use. My platforms babe seen a significant follower increase and creating content has stopped being a chore. The customer service is unrivalled.
As an early adopter of this product, I’ve found the constant improvements inspiring. I’ve been doing video creation for many decades, and this easy to use system for my small computer repair business is awesome. PLUS, its cofounder and face of the company, Austin Armstrong, is accessible and helpful. 10 stars if I could!
To be fair, I have only used their 7 day trial. It gives me the option to create up to 3 shorts, as well as some more credits for research and script writing. I only made 2 videos, and from those alone got up to 700 views on YouTube. But, that is not what impressed me most. Syllaby has the best customer service I've ever known. After the trial, I saw that there were failed payments. Because of budget I was not gonna be able to pay for the basic subscription. After they deducted the $25 I reached out to them. I'm not kidding when I say that after explaining that I need help with canceling my subscription and a refund, they did all that in less than an hour. So, besides the tool itself being the best. The team behind it is even more awesome. Anyone who wants to start creating content but doesn't know where to start, Syllaby is the best tool to start with and it works perfectly even if you have loads of experience in content creation.
I use Syllaby everyday. I am currently making 5-10 videos per day. I have no complaints. Support is quick to help out in the Facebook community. Video come out great. The videos even help monitize one of my Youtube Channels. I am now working on other channels to help grow what I am doing.
So far, so goooooood! Been using Syllaby for a few days now and already have 2 weeks worth of videos ready to post. Super easy to use, lots of options to customize your videos, and more features are always coming out! Looking forward to what they have for us in 2025!
I was frustrated with the software. Not by any fault of the software. But, I didn't know how to do the prompts. I reached out, and they set up a one-on-one with me. After that I have been playing around and what a GAME CHANGER. Amazing service and product! I'm excited to use this for Confetti House and explore more options for online content.
