I did the free trial and Wow 🤩 this is exactly what I was looking for and am currently on a monthly plan now… it is so easy to bulk create videos and reels for insta YT and Tik Tok plus there is a calendar I can easily pick what content I want to post and schedule it. All I had to do was pick a topic “ Teachings of Jesus” was my choice and it generated the script, created the videos within a couple minutes. I absolutely love this deff. A game changer 💯 I also love the fact that there is a private group and the creator of the app and his team are In there daily for any questions, suggestions, updates, and just daily motivation
For me, I have been using Syllaby since the start or pretty close to it. There have been growing pains for sure in that time (as any startup), however I have found them to be great at customer service and have one of the best products out there right now. I have had some issues, but they get resolved and we all get notified. Had an issue with billing once. It was fixed asap. I know they have more customer service help as they are very fast to getting back. Some of the poor reviews below have some merit, however when you sign up for a trial, and cancel on the day it's to renew, you can't expect the automated system won't do it's job. The real part is after and getting the fund renewed it took out. All trials are setup the same way.Lastly, Syllaby's community online is one of the best around. It's very proactive and if something customer service related comes up (billing, technical, etc), they are one it (including the CEO letting customers service team know). I have been in business for over 26 years and I appreciate how Syllaby is growing into a much bigger entity while still wanting to keep things community based.
They over charge. They say they charge 13 credits for a minute but consistently charge much more, almost twice as much in some instances. They have no customer service. Only Bot is available for reporting issues, and when you do, you get an email asking you to provide more details with a promise to get back to you and they never do.
It's okay. For a beginner, this will allow you to decide what you want. I used the 7 day trial back in November. I found character consistency was an issue. Also there was no motion, only still images. This company has other software and it's about the same as this one. ChatGPT is built in so when giving a prompt the output is what you'd expect using Chat GPT directly. There is better AI creation software out there.
I got a 50% discount on the basic plan. Well, that was good, but when I checked my credit cards I noticed that I was charged not only 50% off, but additionally 100% from a different email address that I had used in the past. Both charges on the same day, even though I hadn't used the older email address there for quite some time. I canceled that "subscription" ASAP, but we'll see whether I get any money back. This has never happened to be before. Very shady business.
The service is alright, buty issues aren't with the service. It's the fact that I cancelled my account, but they are still trying to charge me at least three times(Luckily, I put a card that doesn't have any money on it for the free trial). This screams shady. You also aren't able to get ahold of their customer service team for them to manually cancel the account, either.
