Was hired a disabled person now they want to fire me because I stand up for my rights and for drivers the rawlins ta has limited inventory and lots of old jacks and some missing parts it fails to keep it's safety first quote and don't care about employees let alone truck drvrs going to be looking for attorney they hold me accountable for merely drawing on a tire but people have been doing worse it's a joke this place needs new management and structure and more
Wait for a oil change over 10 h make the appartment @11 am it's 20 pm and still no calls I choose to gave up on their service in other word's SUCK PETRO RAPHINE VA.What's most amazing the bays where empty on a oil change area with no trucks only in maintenance area, that's some management in that place..stay away from people they waisting your time!!!
Aurora Oregon TAWorst ever. This was a good truckstop with a restaurant that had good food. Now it has Popeyes with grease food, poor service and discourteous workers. Nothing in the hot cases because it has no restaurant nor workers to run what's left of the kitchen. Coffee is always empty and when notified, the counter people don't really care.Been using TAs for 35 years. They have really gone down hill.
I sit in a TA center in Richmond, technically Ashland Virginia writing this review at 12:46 a.m. I made a call from my hotel at 11:11 yesterday morning to find out that my truck was next in line to fix what would turn out to be 2 faulty brake chambers. I showed up at 12:29 pm only to find out later that my truck wouldn't get in the shop until past 7pm. Altogether there were 4 employees that gave me 6 time estimates of when my truck would be finished. All of their time estimates were repeatedly far off the mark. Every one. I understand when it's a half hour up to 2 hours late or so. I write this after over 12 hours and counting and still sitting here wondering when they will be finished. They had the parts in stock. I've had lots of good service from multiple TAs in Wisconsin and elsewhere and would recommend TA overall but avoid this one at all costs. There is another TA in Asland just over 3 miles away on One Carter Road. Use that one. Avoid this one, the Richmond/Ashland TA at all costs I could have been in a hotel sleeping hours ago yet here I sit at 1:05 am, more than 11 hours after my repair could have been finished around 2pm or so.One other trucker here told me about an unsavory experience with a service person who displayed a caustic, blunt, and unprofessional manner. Never in my 65 years have I experienced such, dismal, slow service whether it was with my own personal car or in my work truck. You get the picture. Everything I've mentioned is true and accurate. Stay safe my fellow drivers.Ted
We went to the petro in Milan NM yesterday with a major air issue that 3 other shops couldn’t find within mins the Mechanic found it. it was my air dryer. Had parts in stock and had it fixed right away. This shop is amazing. I really want to thank the whole team Andres,Rico,Matt,Mike,Nate, and especially Isaiah what a great team. And we will always support and recommend this shop
If something breaks at the Gary Indiana Petro, it stays broken. Go to wash your hands (ladies facilities) try to find a sink that the faucet is operational. Transflo.... forget it. They're aware that it is not working, but does it get taken care of??? NOPE. Abandoned vehicles in the truck lot.... security has passed them every night for over 6 months still sitting here. Such a shame. Once upon a time, the executives used to give a 💩 about how the public viewed their business. Guess they're too busy schmoozing the shareholders backsides to care about public perception. Years before the merger, T/A and Petro would try to annihilate each other in competition, fighting to be the top dog, now they're bottom of the barrel. Times sure have changed. Sad.
I was at petro in Gary Indiana and the people their were very rude the kiosk machine didn't print out the meal coupon and i asked the manager their to help me out, but they didn't help me they only said that we have to call ultra one, the kiosk machine took my meal coupon and didn't print out the coupon, I was not happy with that petro in Gary Indiana I-94 exit 9
I work for ta for 4 years and they're starting to treat their employees extremely bad I no longer feel safe there and their new management Caesar is above and beyond and have to work forces leaving I hate to say it but Travel Centers of America is no longer an American staple now on to my next adventure all I can say is f*** bp2024
I have been dealing with these truck stops for nearly 30 years. As of today 04/02/24, this company has signs at nearly most, if not all of the truck stops saying "No Dropped Trailer" "Dropped Trailer Will Be Towed". Yet, they allow Amazon to drop multiple trailers and allow for truck parking of the bobtail tractors like it's a terminal for Amazon. This is a double standard and definitely an insult to the road drivers who live on the road and have limited access to parking especially in highly congested areas of the bigger cities. It's a disgrace to the industry. TA/Petro should be ashamed of their business decisions on this situation. I know it's about the money and greed of the company. The only time a trailer should be allowed to be dropped is during maintenance at that time or "maybe" for a couple of hours for the driver to get supplies or go to a store (then the driver should be required to check trailer, truck, and information with the fuel desk).
