Review Time
The app took £10 deposit with a money back guarantee. I was connected to it by the internet. First it denied that the number I was calling was valid. It then said it couldn’t connect as my internet was invalid. I asked for my money back - and I just kept getting no sensible answers. And no money and just chat responses(taking 45 minutes to reply) that have ignored my requests. I think it’s a scam.
Do NOT use it! I was trying to reach out my home number and it did not work. The “agents” which I think are robots ask for your patience and promise to fix the issue. And do NOTHING! When you complain again, they start over the same conversation. Now I just want my money back but I doubt I will have it.
No stars actually. I paid for airtime and they never gave me the credits. Now they wont refund me. Also the credits they do give you do not match what they promised. Airtime goes in no time! Now they say my number is not verified so why did they take my money? I have 2 sims in my phone and have sent them proof of this. Talk360 has now sorted it out. It was a huge problem at the time as i couldnt make the urgent call but its sorted now. Thank you
