Unfair Charges and Poor Support – Be CautiousI used this service during a difficult time when, due to the recent Iran-Israel conflict, I was unable to reach my family via WhatsApp. Instead of receiving support, I ended up with a terrible experience and a massive phone bill.I purchased €10 credit through this app to call my family in Iran. During the call, €7.60 was deducted from my app balance. However, the next day I received a bill from my mobile provider for €77 related to the same call. In total, I ended up paying €85 for one call.This was extremely frustrating and unexpected. I have used other services like Skype in the past and was never double-charged by both the app and my SIM card provider. When I made the call through this app, I used the app’s keypad and was connected to Wi-Fi, so I believed everything would be handled through the app credit only.I reached out to their support team, provided screenshots and clear evidence that the call was made through the app, but they were completely unhelpful. Their response was generic and unhelpful, simply stating they are not responsible for any SIM charges—despite the fact that I followed all the steps to use the app properly.Be very careful when using this app, especially if you are relying on it during emergencies. There are other apps that offer better service, more transparency, and fairer pricing.
Ive been trying to get a verification code so that i can access my account with no success. Ive contacted customer service and they keep telling me that i need to wait 24 hours to access my account since ive been locked out. This has been going on fir days now. Im ready to así for a refund on my existen balance and move on to anther provider.
Ive tested this app first time calling a friend from Italy to Sweden in the morning and it went very good. I were on my WiFi on fiber and my friend on WiFi in hotel in Stockholm and voice clear no lags so 👍👍👍and last but not least very cheap 🙂
Talk360 may work for calling, but if you ever need an invoice or proper support — forget it.I have been trying for 11 days to get a basic invoice and call overview for reimbursement.What I received was a useless file with no phone numbers, no call times, no durations, and no credit history.Their support team just keeps delaying and sending irrelevant answers.Extremely poor service.I do NOT recommend Talk360 if you value serious, reliable customer support.
This company is dishonest every time i top up my credit I bearly make a phone call maybe leave a voice mail a week later most of my credits are gone! And it keeps happening last time they gave me back some credits but this time I can't even get any service. I am now using another app to make my international calls and deleting this app account they dont deserve my business.
Thailand to UK. Mobile and landline number do not work. According to customer service these are expensive and therefore not allowed. Thankfully I didn't put too much money in to test. App did nothing for me. Sorry .Update - received a reply to my feedback 8 months later. Confirming issue I experienced can happen and was out of their control. Sorry but customers need to know this otherwise to make an informed decision.
