Very disappointing team

This is the most disappointing,frustrating and terrible network. I initiated to buy a credit which my payment was successful but almost a week now I have not been credited. I contacted the customer care both with email and chat, they started tossing me around without any assurance. This is big disappointment as the purpose of buying the credit is gone and Losing very important contract.Gbenga

So far good for nothing

So far good for nothing. Won't accept my 358 country code finnish phone number, claiming it's in a wrong format. Tried, and found it accept a number if you drop one digit, and that is obviously not working at the end if the day.

Don't get this app!

Don't get this app!You have to share the credit with the person you call. If the person does not recognise your number and cuts the call off, the credit you share is gone! My AUD 15 were gone in 10 seconds

Don’t waste your time particularly if you want to Canada while you are out of country it doesn’t work. Their support leam is worthless and handled by robots that don’t have a clue what they are saying. Thank god I was smart enough to only buy a small deposit.We all learn by our mistakes.Richard
