I was a customer of Talk360 until they dictated to me that I must make a phone call(s) via their service or lose my USD12.74 credits.Sadly, I did lose my credits because I was an infrequent user of their service and did not adhere to their 'Rules & Regulations'However, I've since contact their customer service dept regarding losing my credits, they've given me back my USD 12.74 credits!Silly me for not reading their 'Rules & Regulations' I will not be dictated to to by a company that tells me that I should make phone calls via their app or lose money!I've since closed my account with them and forfeited my right to get my money back!I'm sure Talk360 reads these reviews to gage how they're performing?A repeat customer is always good for business - this is not how to do business with customers by forcing me/us to spend money on phone calls that I do not need to make!
Very bad connection, very bad customer service! Don't recommend it at all. Can't make international calls, reciever can't hear me. during one month time nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Asked for refund, i had some credit on my account they just ignored me. Highly recommend if you will decide to make a phone calls from talk 360 even with so many bad reviews, make sure, top up your balance no more than £5. Horrible...
I’ve been using this app for a couple of months it has been fully functional until recently. When I make phone calls it calls other people, it has also made a deduction from my card and the balance hasn’t reflected on my talk360 account. Wouldn’t recommend it
I signed up to use Talk360 to call family in Canada - it’s pretty bad: the in app dial pad double and triple dials each number however lightly and briefly you touch the numbers The sounds disconnects intermittently during the call - so very unreliable and frustrating. I’m currently having to make calls to businesses as I am an executor for a will - the app is too unreliable to use. Very disappointing.
If anyone is giving 5 stars, I would conclude it's coming from the company itself to mislead people - I would not even give it 1 star - I'm calling one area code and end up being connected to another area code in another country - for a month this happened - they will not reimburse you knowing that you are not being connected and reporting every single time - though I would give this app a try and it FAILED MISERABLY - you get what you pay for I suppose. low rates does not mean great connection or ANY CONNECTION AT ALL! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL NOT REEMBURSE YOU. CONNECTION IS TERRIBLE at which point someone in some other country is picking up your call under a different area code - BUYERS BEWARE!
Really cheap international calls to mobile or fixed line. I live in Bali Indonesia and use Talk360 to make calls to friends and family in New Zealand and Australia who don't use WhatsApp. Connection is very clear for VoIP and doesn't sound very robotic like some VoIP calls do. Only problem I have had is that occasionally a call will drop out part way through, but reconnecting the call was quick with no problems.
I have used Talk360 for a couple of years so my review is not from a single use point of view. First of all I would say that the service works 80% of the time. The other 20% calls fail. Some would say that’s not bad and actually that is why I have given Talk360 two stars instead of one. The reason it deserves one star is that when the calls do fail, the Customer Service is appalling. It’s a system where you can only text. No phone number to actually talk to someone. Well, not one I can find in 2 years of using this app. So the text system is slow and frustrating. The CS reps often revert to, “you’re calling a premium number”, when in reality you’re calling your mum’s house that has never been a premium phone number. Once they have tried this the CS rep will stop responding. I feel like giving a one star for this incredibly poor Customer Service care but feel two stars is more appropriate given the app does work sometimes. The most frustrating thing is that these issues always seem to happen when you have an important call to make. I am not a very happy customer with Talk360. Another issue is I have over $20 in credit but can’t find a way to get a refund. Again for a tech company, that’s just poor. So long story short, works sometimes, terrible Customer service. I would suggest looking for a different app.
