I pay £5 to call to Belarus.This app always connected me to the wrong number.Support team promised to fix the problem and asked me to come back after 24-48 .Never works. I asked them to return my money and I still wait for. That is why I decide to spend my £5 credit money to call local landlines numbers.It works for UK numbers but I will not recommended to use this app to call abroad. Rebtel app is much better for calling abroad.
I've just read the other reviews below me and contacted talk360 support. They tell me there is a bug that stops it calling when Bluetooth is enabled and they are working on a fix. That seems to be the case with me. Just leaving this here in case it helps someone.
I been charged by this company £40.00 for no reason.I have no phone number or account with them and when I contact their support email I received no reply to my concern.I have bo idea why they charged me or what the process is to getting a refund. Their no telephone support or anyway to speak to a live human
BEWARE THIS talk360 SCAM. I downloaded talk360 app, topup then tried calling. You can hear the phone sounds ringing but the fact is it is fake ring. I was actually calling my other number with phone next to me which is active but it did not actually ring and they just deducted my topup after ringing my other phone. It is like a kid stuff that kids playing a stuff and it is a dead stuff not connected to anything .. it is a scam .. avoid it
I've been using this app for a while now and it's really is a horrible app. I have 16 minutes left to use and they won't let me use it. It took them over 13 hours to get back to me just to tell me we escalated it to someone else. They won't answer me why they need to escalate it when you can see the customer service agent is online and they refuse to answer you. They take minutes from your account even though you didn't talk to your recipient and no answering machine picked up they still will take minutes off your account. It's just a horrible account to deal with please anyone wanting to use this account research it and I would suggest you stay away from it. Customer service is the worst I've had to deal with with any app that I've dealt with
Tried to call to my home country several times today. It never connected me to the right number, though I was dialling the correct one.It used to work so well 2 years ago. This time it’s just awful. I would love to get my 5 pounds back as I made 7 phone calls and none of them connected me to the correct phone number.
