I have held my phone for over 3 hours…

I have held my phone for over 3 hours waiting for support to help. They respond by asking a question then they leave you hanging for an hour plus!!! The worst support I have ever experienced. Absolutely shocking!! 3 hours later still no joy!! I could scream in frustration!!!

I never get connected and didn’t get refund

I bought credit on Talk360 and try to make call, but I never get connected. I contacted support team, first person said the team is working to solve technical issues, so I waited for a day, still didn’t work. I contacted support again and ask they to refund me, they said I’ll get refund like after 4 business days, but it never happen.Don’t use this app, it’s just a scam!

Has experienced great difficulties with connecting my family in overseas for months , the app had functionality problems. I requested for the remaining credit refund which was declined. Don’t wait time and money with Talk 360.

Garbage service

Garbage service. Loaded to place a call to Swiss Airlines in Switzerland but it either does not call or disconnects within a minute of starting a conversation with them. Don't buy it, Talk 360 does not work.

Absolute rubbish service

Absolute rubbish service. First they ask you for money, then you can't talk because the service is extremely poor and then they take your money and your account becomes zero. A very evil way of looting and robbing people. MUST NOT USE THEM

Worked initially very well

Worked initially very well. Have since tried to make calls on numerous occasions which will not connect from different countries.
