Excellent service and communications as always. Tarty Bikes staff are quick to respond with useful information in a friendly manner. They know what they are talking about and work hard to provide a great customer experience. You can out source some of your product due diligence to Tarty Bikes, if they sell it then is probably a good product.
I find it extrememly hard to find parts for trials bikes (or anyone who knows what that is) in my city (Toronto). Having reached all the way out to Tarty Bikes, I was met with a level of customer service and expertise that I thought had long since died in the bike industry. Ben was extremely helpful in getting my atypical setup running perfectly with all of the fancy bits and pieces that I was hoping to find to finish my build. He even answered questions that I hadn't thought to ask, and saved me a number of headaches! I can't praise Tarty Bikes enough for what they do!
