Absolute shambles. Ordered a stem on the 24th. Apparently Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 28th and it was refused. No card left, not sent to the collections office.. and CCTV at the property shows no attempt was made. Tarty bikes said until they received the stem back they couldn’t do anything even though they knew it was on route. Now over a week since order, no stem, no refund, customer service level 0. What’s happened to this shop, used to be the absolute go to place. Evidently not anymore.
