I am usually a loyal customer to Tatti Lashes, always very pleased with the products I order. However, their customer service is lacking! I made my usual order, which wasn’t delivered to me. I contacted the instant chat and explained this, I got the autogenerated “someone will be in contact via email”… and I still haven’t heard a thing. Despite messaging the ‘bot’ again and emailing them directly. I am so disappointed and concerned for the lack of accountability that these items haven’t been delivered to a paying customer.
Complete lack of customer service . I regularly buy the glue from them as it’s so good but the top of the tube never screws down properly . So the product does out within days which is a complete waste of money . Emailed cs and sent pics and they reply with you’ve got glue around the top which is why it won’t close . Utter rubbish it happens from the first use . No wonder companies go bust when their cs is non existent . Nobody gives a damn anymore about unhappy customers they are only interested in taking peoples hard earned cash … shocking
I have purchased Tatti lashes for nearly ten years in bulk orders every two months but after the customer service following this order, I would 100% not use the company again.I paid £10 for delivery for my order to be sent on Saturday as it was urgently needed. The order arrived and was held opened and covered with dirty cello tape. I sent the team pictures and Sian responded advising she would send out a replacement next day. I responded straight away confirming I was happy with this. However, the order was never sent.I chased this up and was advised I would need to pay to return the order myself before they would replace the order. I advised I was happy to return but would like a postage pack and postage label sending, as I would not be paying to return a damaged order - this is the sellers responsibility. I further advised I would now like to return for a refund as Sian had not re-sent the order as she advised she would.Sian then proceeded to send another order out (without advising me first) which arrived Tuesday. The order arrived with a hole in the box exposing the eyelashes, completely unhygienic. I contacted the team again asking why this had been issued when I asked for a refund and was again told I needed to return my order and pay for this myself to be refunded and that they would not provided any postage materials/code. It is Thursday and I still don’t have a resolution. I dealt with Sian and Hannah and they neither seemed remotely apologetic for the order being delivered damaged and continued to make the process as inconvenient as possible. For a company that is supposed to be selling premium lashes, the customer service is awful
Wow BEST customer service experience ever, had a small issue with my order this has been in transit not a Tattie issue, it was my daughters order her money so she was a bit upset about it,I emailed them and sent photos of the package just to make them aware of what had happened, the communication was exceptional and was offered a replacement that was sent out basically next again day, very happy daughter and one amzing company who have a team that are very hard working and understanding, can’t thank them enough they truly went above and beyond thank you so very much
I'm so sad to be leaving this review as I waited a long time before actually committing to purchasing one of their products. I bought one of their most popular sets of the semipermanent lashes that are meant to be easy to apply and last up to 2 weeks. Unfortunately, these were really really poor quality. I couldn't even get them out out of the packet without getting the glue onto my lash and then onto the applicator tool. Applying the lashes was really really difficult, in fact, I spent about 45 minutes and it and I only got half of one of my eyes done so for me this is not a useful product. This is not a product that is worth the money. I have used pre-glued individual lashes from Amazon that are much, much cheaper in the past that have been so much better quality. I would deter anybody from buying this product because it is overpriced and not easy to use. Don't get bought in by the nice packaging or the lovely Instagram ads because that is exactly what I did and I ended up wasting 30 quid on what is essentially something that I cannot use. I will now be sticking to the cheaper easy pre glued lashes from Amazon because they do exactly the same thing and they are so much better quality. It's so disappointing that this brand has been such a letdown because I held off buying from them for such a long time and when I did finally commit, I had such high hopes. Don't waste your money all time.
I done a classic eyelash course. the manual was very useful and easy to follow. when i needed to email and ask a question they were very fast at replying and were very helpful. ill definitely be purchasing some more courses. 100% recommend tatti lashes!
Absolutely loved me experience with Tatti lashes training course on classic lash extensions. My training manual was straightforward but had everything you could possibly need and was easy to understand. The videos provided was amazing quality and really did give every tip and guidance i needed! Thank you tatti lash and my trainer!
I have been a loyal customer for about 15 years. I had my first delivery issue with my order on Dec 2025. I cannot blame Tatti as I feel like it was all FedEx fault for loosing my package. All I want to say is that Tatti made it right on their end and sent me a new package and I received it within days. They were extremely responsive with all my emails and always made me feel like I was being heard and taken care of. Thank you Tatti Lashes and your customer service team you ALL are amazing! Keep up the great work!
