Pre glue lashes don’t stay on! I pu them on for 24 hours and if they get wet ie - you cry or get caught in the rain they literally run down your face!!!I complained with customer service who quite frankly were not interested £15.95 wasted
1 step press, pre-glued lashes - absolutely rubbish. All those on TIKTOK and Instagram being payed commission to say they’re amazing and last ages are telling lies. They BARELY stick to your lashes. I followed the recommended process VERY carefully as didn’t want to waste what I’d paid for them and they are just such poor quality. Never again!
I never had an issue with Tatti until now. Products and courses have always been great but unfortunately the customer service team need to be retrained ASAP. After an issue with their chosen courier (Evri) I have been waiting a week for an order to re delivered. Have contacted Sian at Tatti on numerous occasions and only received a response once I had copied in my local trading standards office. Due to the delay on their end I had to reorder from another supplier (to which I let them know beforehand). Unfortunately still no order and have asked for a refund on 3 occasions. Sian has offered a refund on the shipping and nothing more. I am disgusted and will not be using them for any of my business orders in the future.
